Hello, I am a lecturer with the Universiti Teknologi MARA in Shah Alam, Malaysia. I am very interested to plan for a study tour in South Korea. One of the interesting places that I would like to visit is Songpa especially to visit the local authority. I will be bringing with me a group of staffs from SIME DARBY Property Malaysia to study about Sustainable, Livable, Green and Eco-city in Korea. I have been browsing to get an email address of the local authority but quite unsuccessful. But I can see a ray of hope when I read this blog.
